across the fullest part of your chest. For the most accurate measurement, the tape must be level.
2. Waist
Use a measuring tape, measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants with one
forefinger betweem you body and the measuring tape.

Use a measuring tape to circle your hips. making sure the tape os across the largest part of your buttocks.
