California white sage or White sage is one of the cult plants of the American Indians, and its California variety is especially powerful and highly valued.
It has been used in Indian shamanic practices since ancient times. The smoke of white sage has the strongest cleansing properties. Use a bunch of dried California white sage to fumigate rooms and spaces, to cleanse the home and aura of negative energy, to prepare the room for ritual and ceremony, as well as for meditation or prayer. It is quite often used by energy therapists, white sage smoke changes the ionic composition of the air.
