We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. 
All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period.
Please fill out the return form found on the back of the invoice from your order. If you no longer have it you can get it here: Plazmalab Returns
Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or Plazmalab.com credit. 
In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, shipping address (for exchanges) and order number along with the items that you're returning. 
You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us (unless there was an error is our shipment or a damaged item). If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a Plazmalab.com credit instead. 
If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

How do exchanges work

We basically have an even exchange policy- one tee for one tee. If you purchased tees during a sale and would like to exchange them after the sale, you won't be charged the post-sale price difference as long as the tee you're exchanging for is within a few dollars of the original purchase price - or you're exchanging for the same design in a different size.

If you'd like to exchange for a tee of a higher price, please include your credit card number so we can charge you for the difference. Additionally, you will not be refunded for any price difference if you are exchanging for a lower value tee. If you would like the price difference, we recommend returning for a refund or Threadless credit and placing a separate order for the lower priced items.

How do I return a wrong or defective item?

Go ahead and return any wrong or damaged item as normal. Since it was our fault for sending you a wrong or defective item, include your return shipping receipt. When we receive the wrong or defective item back, we'll reimburse the return shipping, replace or refund for the item, and issue you a coupon for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we won't reimburse for express shipping, so be sure to send it back via regular mail. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

How do I check my return status?

To find out when your return will be processed, you'll want to take into consideration the shipment time and the return processing time. Ship time varies based on the shipping method you used to return your order. Return processing is usually 1-2 weeks once we receive a return or exchange. If you sent your return back on June 1 via UPS 2 Day, you should expect your return to be processed no later than June 17th. Most returns are processed just a few days after we receive them, but please note, it can take up to 2 weeks if we're backed up.

When your return is processed, we'll send you a notification email. If you believe your return should have been processed, but never received a notification, check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get marked as spam and feel free to check in with our Customer Support.

What if something I requested for an exchange goes out of stock?

If the item you request is out of stock when the exchange is processed, we'll issue you Plazmalab.com credit instead. If you don't want Plazmalab.com credit, include a back-up design choice on the return form.

How do I return a gift?

If you'd like to return a gift and have the return form and order number, fill out the return form as instructed for returns and exchanges. Let us know the item was a gift and include your email address and shipping address. We'll update the order information so the return notification is emailed to you and any exchange items are shipped to your address.

If you do not have the order number, email us with the email address and name of the person who sent you the gift as well as the size and item(s) you'd like to return.
