across the fullest part of your chest. For the most accurate measurement, the tape must be level.
2. Waist
Use a measuring tape, measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants with one
forefinger betweem you body and the measuring tape.

1. Waist
Use a measuring tape to circle the narrowest part of your waisline. The point at which the tape
touches itself is the correct measurement. For the most accurate result, the tape must be level.
2. Hip
Use a measuring tape to circle your hips. making sure the tape os across the largest part of your buttocks.
